• Master bedroom has a king size bed with walk-in closet, full bath, TV/VCR and balcony.

• Guest bedroom has a single bed, double bed, walk-in closet, full bath and TV. 

• The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and utensils.  All the amenities you have at home.

• The dining room is your standard dining room, but quietly separate from the living room. 

• Living room has 3 reclining chairs, plus a sofa with 2 more recliners.  It also has a TV with 50+ cable channels with HBO, VCR, DVD, and CD sound system. 

• High Speed internet is included so you can still check out your favorite pumpkin sites such as BigPumpkins.com!!

• This is a no smoking unit.  Sleeps 5 comfortably, and room for more.

• Other amenities on the premises include a heated pool, charcoal grill, cabana, tiki huts, and beach lounges all on a private beach. 

• Convenient shopping within easy walking distance, that includes pretty much everything you could possibly need.  Groceries, Pharmacy, restaurants, bars, plus boat, bike, and movie rentals.  You name it, its probably there. 

This condo is owned by Dave & Susan Beachy, my parents, and fellow pumpkin growers.  I have talked them into providing a 10% discount to pumpkin growers for 1 week rentals, and a 15% discount for rentals of 2 week or more.  Ask about better rates for longer rentals.  This offer is good year round excluding the weeks of July 4, and Christmas, and the months of March and April. (As if any of us will leave our plants mid season, but maybe your family or friends will)
